Withdrawal Policy

This Withdrawal Policy sets out how deposits and withdrawals are handled on the Website, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

General Principles

Deposits and withdrawals are handled by the Company, its designated payment operator, or an authorized third party, using the payment methods available on the Website at any given time. Where possible, withdrawals are returned through the same method used to deposit, and all payment activity is subject to the rules of the relevant provider. Your account balance is not equivalent to a bank deposit: it is not insured, does not earn interest, and carries no guarantee.

Verification Before Withdrawal

Before a withdrawal is released, we may require proof of identity, address, and the source of your funds, in line with our identity-verification (KYC) obligations described in the Terms and Conditions. Submitting complete, accurate documentation promptly helps avoid delays; incomplete or mismatched information is one of the most common causes of a slower payout.

Refunds and Reversals

As a general rule, deposited funds are not refundable once a related bet has been placed. In exceptional circumstances, such as a technical fault, a refund may be considered if you contact support within 24 hours of the transaction; we aim to respond within 10 business days, though all refund decisions remain at the Company's discretion. Where a refund is granted, any bonus funds or winnings on the account are deducted first. If you funded your account by card, we reserve the right to return withdrawals as refunds to that card up to the amount originally deposited, particularly where a transaction is flagged as high-risk by our card processor or compliance team.

Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

Deposited funds and any winnings are subject to a minimum monthly wagering threshold before a withdrawal can be approved; currently, this is the equivalent of 30 AUD within the calendar month of the request. Where total wagering falls short of the deposited amount, the Company may apply a processing charge of 10% of the last deposit (minimum 0.75 AUD), rising to 15% where the deposit was made by card or bank transfer.

VIP Levels and Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits scale with your account's VIP level, which is calculated from your activity over the preceding 90 days and adjusts automatically, dropping to the base level after a month of inactivity. Approximate daily and monthly limits by level and currency:

LevelAUD (daily/monthly)EUR (daily/monthly)
1800 / 10,500500 / 7,000
2800 / 16,000500 / 10,000
31,200 / 20,000800 / 12,000
41,600 / 24,0001,000 / 15,000
52,500 / 35,0001,500 / 20,000

A maximum of three withdrawal requests may be pending on an account at any one time.

Processing Times

Once submitted, withdrawal requests are reviewed by the finance team within three business days, Monday to Friday, GMT. After approval, the time for funds to reach you depends on the method: e-wallet withdrawals are typically fastest, often clearing within minutes to a few hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are limited mainly by blockchain confirmation times; and bank transfers are the slowest, generally taking three to five business days once funds leave our side, as they pass through the international banking system. Not every deposit method is available for withdrawals; where yours isn't, an alternative will need to be selected, and bank transfer is available as a fallback in most cases.

Requesting a Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal: log in to your account, open the cashier, select the withdrawal tab, choose your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm your payment details. Withdrawals can only be made to an account or payment method held in your own name; requests to withdraw to a third party's account will be cancelled, and you will need to submit a new request under your own name.

Inactive Accounts

An account is treated as inactive after 180 days without a login, at which point a monthly administration fee (currently 10 AUD) may apply until the balance is exhausted or the account becomes active again.

If a Withdrawal Doesn't Go Through

Before submitting a request, confirm that any wagering requirement has been met, that the funds are in your cash balance rather than your bonus balance, and that you haven't exceeded your withdrawal limit. Basic troubleshooting, such as updating your browser, clearing cache and cookies, trying a different device, disabling pop-up blockers, or simply waiting an hour and retrying, resolves many issues. If a request still won't go through, contact support with a screenshot of any error message and a description of what happened; an alternative payment method may be suggested.

A withdrawal that has been marked as paid but hasn't yet arrived is usually a timing issue tied to your chosen method. E-wallet balances typically update within moments; bank transfers can take three to five business days once sent, as the delay occurs within the international banking system rather than on our end.

Cancelled Withdrawals

A withdrawal may be cancelled for reasons such as incorrect payment details or a change on the payment provider's side. If this happens, you will receive an email from our finance team explaining the reason; check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox, and contact support if you haven't received one.

You may also cancel a withdrawal yourself while it remains in pending status, through the "Cancel Withdrawal" option under the Withdrawal tab or Balance History section of your account. Support can assist if you run into any difficulty doing so.
