Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Dragonia.com (the "Website"). By accessing any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the following documents, which are incorporated by reference:

  • The Privacy Policy;
  • The Cookie Policy;
  • Any specific terms attached to advertising campaigns, bonuses, or promotional offers;
  • The rules of individual games, which may be presented within the games themselves;
  • Any further terms you may be asked to accept to use particular features or sections of the Website.

Where the terms of a specific promotion conflict with any other part of these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or otherwise use the Website. Continuing to use the Website after being presented with these Terms constitutes acceptance of them.

Throughout this document, "the Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Website. "You," "your," and "customer" refer to the individual using the Website and accepting these Terms.

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative one. Any translation is provided purely as a convenience, and the English text will control wherever a discrepancy arises. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that your command of English is sufficient to understand them fully.

Access to the Website's games is provided over an encrypted, protected connection.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

You may only use the Website if you meet the minimum legal gambling age in your place of residence, and in any event are at least 18 years old. If you have not yet turned 18, you must leave the Website immediately.

The Company makes no representation as to whether online gambling is lawful where you live. Confirming and monitoring the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction is entirely your own responsibility, both before you open an account and on an ongoing basis afterward. If online gambling becomes illegal or restricted in your jurisdiction at any point, you must close your account and stop using the Website immediately.

Residents of certain countries (the "Restricted Territories") are not permitted to register an account or deposit funds. The current list of Restricted Territories may be amended by the Company at any time, at its sole discretion and without advance notice; updates will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to check for changes regularly. If you are located in, or become a resident of, a Restricted Territory, you must not open or continue using an account, and must close any existing account immediately.

Independently of the Restricted Territories list, individual software providers featured on the Website may impose their own territorial restrictions on specific games. By using any such game, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction excluded by that provider.

3. Your Account

Full use of the Website requires a personal account, registered under your true, correct identity. Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, phone number, email address, and IP address; any further account is treated as a "Duplicate Account." Attempting to open a Duplicate Account, including through false or altered details, may result in some or all of your accounts being closed without compensation, along with the following consequences: any activity carried out on a Duplicate Account is void, any promotional participation through it is cancelled, any winnings from it are forfeited and any withdrawals already processed from it are reversed and owed back to the Company, and the Duplicate Account itself is permanently closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using your correct username and password is treated as your own, and the Company bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Selling, transferring, buying, or otherwise acquiring an account is strictly prohibited, along with any related transfer of account assets (winnings, deposits, bets, or associated claims), whether structured as a sale, pledge, assignment, gift, or through any other arrangement. Any such transaction is void.

Sharing your login details to allow another person to access the Website through your account is prohibited. You must keep your account information current and notify the Company promptly of any changes.

To close your account, contact support. Accounts can only be closed once any balance (positive or negative) is settled and no withdrawal requests are pending; closing an account with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal will result in those funds being forfeited.

If you wish to take a break from gambling, the same support address can assist with a self-exclusion request. You are responsible for informing the Company of any other accounts you hold and for not opening new ones during that period; the Company is not liable for losses on accounts it was not made aware of, nor for losses arising from gambling generally.

The Company may decline to open, or may close, an account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

4. Your Warranties

By registering and using the Website, you confirm that: you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else; you are legally competent and law-abiding; you do not have a gambling problem and are not using the Website while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other substances; the information you provided at registration is accurate and will be kept up to date; you understand and accept that gambling carries a risk of financial loss; the funds you use are not derived from illegal activity; you have not colluded, and will not collude, with any other player; and any payment method you use belongs to you and has not been stolen, lost, or misappropriated. The Company may close your account and void any winnings if it reasonably suspects a breach of these warranties.

You further confirm that you have never previously held another account, or benefited financially from an account belonging to someone else, and that all information supplied during registration was truthful and complete.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

You must supply, on request, any information reasonably required to manage your account or verify your identity and the source of your funds, including certified identification, proof of address, and records relating to the payment methods you use.

The Company may apply any verification procedure it considers appropriate, at any stage, whether before a deposit is accepted or before a withdrawal is released. Requested documents must be provided within 30 days; failure to do so may result in withheld payments, a suspended account, or permanent closure. Verification is typically completed within 10 days of a complete submission, though more complex cases may take longer.

The Company may rely on third-party providers, including credit reference agencies, identity verification services, and fraud-prevention tools, to carry out these checks, sharing relevant personal details with them in line with the Privacy Policy. Additional verification steps, such as phone or video confirmation, may also be required.

6. Account Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on your account are processed by the Company directly, by its designated payment operator, or by an authorized third party. Deposits and withdrawals are made through the payment methods offered on the Website at any given time, and withdrawals are generally returned using the same method used to deposit, subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider.

Your account balance is not a bank deposit: it carries no interest, is not insured, and is not backed by any guarantee. By funding your account, you authorize the Company to deduct any fees or amounts properly owed in connection with your activity, and you agree not to reverse or dispute deposits through your payment provider.

Full detail on withdrawal processing, verification prerequisites, limits, and timeframes is set out in the separate Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

The Company may, from time to time, offer bonus funds, free spins, loyalty rewards, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these Terms, and where the two conflict, the promotion's specific terms prevail.

Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, shared device, or shared IP address. The Company may refuse, cancel, or withdraw a bonus offer, or exclude a customer from the promotions program, at its sole discretion; its decision on any promotional dispute is final. Certain jurisdictions may be excluded from specific promotions.

Bonuses carry wagering requirements: a multiplier applied to the bonus, the combined bonus and deposit, or resulting winnings, depending on the promotion, which must be cleared before related funds can be withdrawn. Different game categories contribute differently toward clearing this requirement; slots typically contribute in full, live and jackpot titles at a reduced rate, and table and card games not at all. Your real-money balance is wagered first, followed by your bonus balance.

Wagering requirements must generally be met within 10 days of receiving a casino bonus (30 days for sports bonuses); unmet requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met voids the bonus balance and associated winnings. Once cleared, bonus funds and winnings move to your real-money balance under standard withdrawal rules.

Promotion abuse, including low-risk betting strategies, structured wagering to extract bonus value, or exploiting software errors, is prohibited and treated as a breach of these Terms, with the Company reserving the right to void related promotions and winnings and restrict future participation.

8. Placing Bets and Gameplay

You are responsible for checking that a bet is correct before placing it; once placed, bets cannot be cancelled, though the Company may cancel or decline any bet at its discretion. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator, and in the event of any discrepancy between what displays on your screen and the result recorded on the Company's servers, the server-side result governs. The Company's records are treated as conclusive evidence of your gameplay and its outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct, Fraud, and Investigations

The Website is provided for personal entertainment only. The following, among other things, are strictly prohibited: commercial use of the Website or use on behalf of another person; fraudulent activity, including use of payment methods that do not belong to you; cheating, exploiting bugs, or using software or hardware to manipulate outcomes; colluding with other players; using betting patterns designed to minimize risk or guarantee outcomes; engaging in money laundering or other criminal activity; abusive behavior toward staff or other customers; attempting to compromise the security of the Website or its systems; reverse-engineering or tampering with the Website's software; and buying, selling, or transferring accounts.

The Company may periodically review gameplay and account activity for compliance with these Terms, and where abuse is identified, may revoke promotional entitlements, void winnings, or close the account involved.

Where the Company reasonably suspects fraud or a breach of these Terms, it may, at its discretion and with or without notice: suspend the account and any pending payments during an investigation; permanently close the account across the Company's platforms; void winnings and confiscate the account balance; restrict or deny future promotional participation; and report the matter to relevant authorities, other operators, or financial institutions. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use of the Website, and any resulting risk, is entirely your own decision and responsibility. The Company accepts no liability for losses, damages, or unforeseen consequences arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or reputation.

Neither the Company, its software providers, nor any affiliated party is liable for losses arising from, among other causes: errors you make when entering information; fraudulent or misleading conduct; the Company's decision to decline a deposit or close an account; delays caused by identity checks; unauthorized use of your login credentials; technical failures, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside the Company's control (including force majeure); participation in gambling that is unlawful in your jurisdiction; or your own breach of these Terms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of that change, whether or not you were specifically notified of it or have reviewed it. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Website.

12. Notices and Communication

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the Company may communicate with you electronically, including through messages posted on the Website or sent by email. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details accurate; any written communication is deemed received no later than five business days after it is sent.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with customer support, which will provide an initial response and, where a matter is not resolved at that stage, refer it internally as needed. A "dispute" refers to any unresolved complaint concerning the outcome of a gambling transaction.

Should your complaint remain unresolved after the initial response, you will be asked to submit a detailed written complaint, including your account username, full registered name, submission from your registered email address, a subject line identifying it as a complaint, a description of the issue, and relevant dates and times.

Once a complete complaint is received, it will be reviewed by the Complaints Resolution Committee, and you will receive a decision within 10 days of submission; complex cases may take longer. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, external dispute resolution options may be available; details can be requested from customer support.

You acknowledge that your contractual relationship is with the Company alone, and you agree not to bring claims against any third party involved in operating the Website, including software providers, game studios, or payment processors.
